SHOULD WE STUMBLE AND TUMBLE

The face of the night is good now
This day is ours
The moon tells a story today
This sea of familiarity stays still
And like we all know, still
Waters run deep.

It'll come a day, my love
My path shall go east, and
Yours far south
Our hearts shall tremble in knowledge
Of the evil that lurks in the sun
As fate drives us apart
Our feet shall stumble, and maybe we'll tumble
Into a new abyss of feelings
But know this my true one
That if what we have was true, or by any chance
Real,
We should stumble and tumble
Back into shape like fresh clay
Ready for whatever the potter dreams
Ready to grasp
And of each other never
Ever let go.
